General Rental and Vehicle Delivery Terms

For the car rental process to be legally valid and for the vehicle to be delivered to you, the Car Rental Agreement and the Vehicle Delivery Form, which documents the vehicle's features, rental fee and duration, fuel, and possible damage situations, must be mutually signed.

Our company provides detailed information to our users about the responsibilities and conditions in the agreement, both in our offices and on our website. If the Vehicle Delivery Form is not signed during vehicle delivery or return, you accept that you will be deemed to have accepted the conditions specified in this form, and in case of objection, you agree to obtain an expert report at your expense.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The vehicle, along with its accessories and keys, is your responsibility. During the rental agreement period, you must use the rented vehicle in accordance with the Republic of Turkey Highway Traffic Law and Traffic Rules.
• Damages that may occur due to using the vehicle beyond its capacity, differences in road levels, or damage caused by use in off-road terrain or on beaches are your responsibility.
• You should always lock the vehicle when not in use and use appropriate fuel. You should check oil levels and maintain correct tire pressure.
• Any problems, crimes, traffic fines, or parking tickets encountered during the use of the vehicle will be your responsibility during the rental period.
• It is forbidden to use the vehicle by persons not listed in the agreement, to sell the vehicle, or to sublet it.
• If you notice any malfunction with the vehicle, you should contact us immediately. You should contact us immediately if any warning light illuminates on the dashboard.
• During delivery and return of the vehicle, the condition of the vehicle must be checked. If the vehicle is returned outside our working hours, you accept that you will be responsible for any damages identified during the subsequent inspection.

FEES:

Fees that are your responsibility include:

• Rental fee and additional service charges (navigation, baby seat, etc.),
• Fuel cost and 25% service fee in case of fuel shortage,
• All toll fees, traffic fines, and other legal expenses,
• Damage costs identified during delivery or return of the vehicle,
• Damages not covered by insurance or damages resulting from user errors.

INSURANCE - LIABILITY LIMITS:

The vehicle is insured against situations such as collision, being hit, theft, and robbery. However, our company is not responsible for damages that are not properly recorded (accident report, alcohol report, etc.).

PRIVACY:

We will not share the personal information you provide us with third parties for commercial purposes. However, you agree that we may use this information for necessary situations during the rental process.

TERMINATION OF CONTRACT:

In case of non-payment of the rental fee, the contract will be terminated unilaterally. If the vehicle is not returned, the renter will be deemed to have accepted the crime of misuse of trust.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS:

You can cancel your rental transaction free of charge at least 6 hours before receiving the vehicle. However, during peak periods (between June 15-September 15 and holidays), reservation cancellation is free up to 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a 1-day rental fee will not be refunded.

Our company reserves the right to cancel reservations made through the website with 12 (twelve) hours' prior notice. In this case, the fees you have paid will be refunded.
